Window Skylight Transformation for Downtown Minneapolis' Artistry on 10th Luxury Apartments
Crowe Construction (St. Louis Park) contacted us about replacing the skylights at Artistry on 10th, a modern luxury apartment complex.
The existing skylights were extremely leaky, aesthetically unappealing, had poor opacity, and failed to meet current-day structural requirements. They allowed minimal natural light to enter the space, provided little comfort or functionality, and were energy inefficient.
When installing the new skylights, we faced multiple structural challenges with the building, as the previous ones were severely outdated.
The newly installed skylights resolved all the previous issues and look fantastic. It eliminated the leakage problems, significantly improved the aesthetics, and provides proper opacity.
The new skylights recently added to the space bring in abundant natural light and provide stunning downtown views. It enhances the occupant's experience and comfort while reducing energy costs.
Let us know if we can provide expertise on your next window or skylight replacement project. We do great work; the results are clear!
