Simon Property Group, the owner of Southdale Mall in Edina, enlisted our services to enhance their facility with an upgraded Kalwall translucent panel system. Kalwall's sophisticated solution delivers uniform natural illumination while reducing glare, heat transfer, and UV radiation, all while presenting a refined aesthetic appeal.

In collaboration with Clow Berg Architecture (Minneapolis) and Ancoats Construction (Minneapolis), we helped bring their vision to life by installing Super Sky Systems' premium glass skylights at SICK Engineering's new Bloomington facility.

Our portion of the project is now complete, while the rest of the facility remains under construction.

These sophisticated glazing solutions maximize natural daylight penetration while delivering exceptional thermal performance, creating a bright, comfortable, & energy-efficient environment.

Super Sky Systems delivers a wide spectrum of design possibilities, encompassing pyramids, vaults, ridges, domes, and bespoke geometric forms. Their glass panel selection includes tempered, laminated, or insulated varieties, addressing different performance specifications and providing you with extensive customization options.

These projects highlight our expertise in designing daylighting solutions tailored to each building’s unique needs. Combining advanced materials, careful planning, and collaborative design, we’re helping redefine how natural light is used in modern architecture.

Operable walls have transformed from functional dividers into aesthetic enhancers of the built environment. On this recent project, we helped the architect balance the need for space flexibility with the desire for the look of a more "permanent" solution. Glass panels with false muntins offer the best of both worlds— the look of a fixed demountable system with the flexibility of operable wall systems.

Marlite Artizan Max Defense FRP Panels | Taking Durability and Design to a Higher Level
By Ira Hackner April 25, 2025
Due to our "challenging" winter weather conditions, building maintenance professionals frequently schedule glass atrium and curtainwall repair initiatives when spring arrives. Among our current projects in this category are the 1550 Utica Avenue Tower (St. Louis Park), Glass Atrium Roof rehabilitation, and the restoration of curtainwall components at Reflections Condominiums (Bloomington).

Crowe Construction (St. Louis Park) contacted us about replacing the skylights at Artistry on 10th, a modern luxury apartment complex. The existing skylights were extremely leaky, aesthetically unappealing, had poor opacity, and failed to meet current-day structural requirements. They allowed minimal natural light to enter the space, provided little comfort or functionality, and were energy inefficient.
