Dominium, based in the Twin Cities, is one of the foremost affordable housing developers in the country. Several years ago, they reached out to us for help finding the right product for their Clubroom entryway areas.
None of our standard offerings (Modernfold, Skyfold, etc.) were quite the right fit. They didn’t really need to block sound, and they wanted the doors with a simple push/pull system so that anyone could use them.
After a fair amount of back-and-forth, Project Manager extraordinaire Corey Hareid said, in his usual understated way, “We could just build them one.”.
