NEP relocated to the RBC Gateway Tower to provide a vibrant, upscale atmosphere for their employees and clients.

They needed to be able to divide their conference room for events of various sizes. Skyfold Zenith Premium 60 was the ideal choice for ease of operation and the highest STC rating (60!) in the industry.

As always, we enjoyed working with Nelson Worldwide (Minneapolis) and Gardner Builders and appreciate the trust they put in us by selecting Skyfold.

Due to it's compact stacking profile, the Skyfold Zenith Premium was able to fit easily overhead. This eliminates the need to take up floor space with a storage pocket that a conventional, side acting wall might require.

Let us know if we can show you how to integrate Skyfold into your next project!

 Zenith Premium 60's benefits include:

  • Seamlessly retracts into the ceiling, preserving valuable floor space.
  • Achieves an industry-leading STC rating of STC 60, delivering exceptional sound insulation.
  • It does away with the necessity for floor or wall tracks, resulting in a clean and unobstructed appearance.
  • Features full automation, providing user-friendly control through a digital keypad.
