270 Hennepin (Minneapolis) 22-Story Luxury Apartments | The "it" luxury apartment building in the energetic and vibrant North Loop neighborhood.

W. L. Hall Company partnered with Weis Builders and Tushie Montgomery Architects on this amazing, North Loop project. We enclosed the exterior of the building with Oldcastle Building Envelope glazing systems while the interior build-out was being completed at the same time. This greatly improved the efficiency of both the interior and exterior work crews resulting in a shorter construction schedule.

Crowe Construction (St. Louis Park) contacted us about replacing the skylights at Artistry on 10th, a modern luxury apartment complex. The existing skylights were extremely leaky, aesthetically unappealing, had poor opacity, and failed to meet current-day structural requirements. They allowed minimal natural light to enter the space, provided little comfort or functionality, and were energy inefficient.
