INOVUES Window Retrofit for the University of Minnesota's St. Paul Campus's Facility Building 1

W. L. Hall Company recently completed an INOVUES (pronounced "ino-views") window retrofit for the University of Minnesota's St. Paul campus's facility building.

The retrofit transformed the existing 1960s single-glazed windows in-place into high-performing, low-e coated, double-glazed windows with high ROI benefits.

INOVUES offers the latest energy-saving and smart glass innovations for retrofitting facades and windows, which provide equivalent benefits to complete window replacement at a fraction of the cost while maintaining building operations and occupant comfort.

Shane Stennes, University of Minnesota's first Chief Sustainability Officer and a key project stakeholder, had looked at solutions such as window film and full window replacement, but neither was desirable. Added Stennes, "We were really excited to learn about this retrofit technology and to have the opportunity to utilize it on our campus.”
