W. L. Hall Company was approached by CM Construction (Burnsville, MN) to collaborate on the realization of Wold's design. Wold selected Marlite’s Sieva Large Panel System because rather than simply providing wood veneer or FRP panels, Marlite offers perimeter and intermediate trim options as part of their complete package offering. Wold selected flat cut maple veneer with a clear finish and black anodized aluminum trim for this application.

Crowe Construction (St. Louis Park) contacted us about replacing the skylights at Artistry on 10th, a modern luxury apartment complex. The existing skylights were extremely leaky, aesthetically unappealing, had poor opacity, and failed to meet current-day structural requirements. They allowed minimal natural light to enter the space, provided little comfort or functionality, and were energy inefficient.
