The W. L. Hall Company Holland Hall project was a design-assist, we collaborated with Boldt Construction (Rochester, MN office), Perkins+Will Architects (Minneapolis, MN) and St. Olaf College and provided pricing and details independent of any drawing or specifications.

The renovation aimed to achieve several goals, including restoring the original classic architecture, designing an interior that is spacious and flooded with natural light to showcase views of the campus and surrounding countryside, and integrating energy-efficient windows, some of which were custom-built to match the building's original design.

We enjoyed collaborating with St. Olaf College, Boldt & Perkins+Will on this rewarding project!

“The renovation has made Holland Hall a beautiful gateway to the college for those who enter it from the community. The re-imagined Holland Hall is a light-filled, collaborative, balanced, and adaptable learning environment that inspires students, faculty, and staff to forward the scholarly enterprise for years to come. The renovation of this unique campus treasure revitalizes the iconic character and authenticity of the building while providing for learning spaces and technology of the future."
