• Regular meetings: W. L. Hall Company's drafting and design team brought in engineers from the curtainwall manufacturer. The team scheduled approximately eight weekly meetings at BWBR's office, along with Kraus-Anderson Construction & Erie Architectural Products

• Cost-efficient option: The team partnered at every step to provide the most cost-efficient option possible while ensuring that none of the project's thermal requirements were compromised.

• Cost-saving measures: Throughout the design-assist process, W. L. Hall Company suggested dozens of cost-saving measures that enabled the architectural team to achieve the desired aesthetic without adding unnecessary cost to the project.

• Early project completion: The project was turned over months earlier than the original schedule projected due to the successful collaboration between the teams.

• Few punch-list items: The teams completed the installation in record time, and the project received virtually zero punch-list items upon completion.
