Why is Natural Daylight Important?

It is scientifically proven that natural light helps people become happier, calm, healthy, and productive.

What is Daylighting in Architecture?

Daylighting is the relationship between architecture and how natural light is optimized in a space or place for more excellent health and well-being benefits.

They allowed minimal natural light to enter the space, provided little comfort or functionality, and were energy inefficient.
