W. L. Hall Company collaborated with the University of Minnesota (client) and FM Design - U of M (architect) for a renovation of the University of Minnesota Womens' Softball team's locker room. They requested a glass operable wall to divide the locker area from the lounge area. 

We recommended the Falkbuilt TAZ telescoping framed glass door, which creates privacy in large openings with smooth, one-motion operation in a variety of configurations and finishes. This framed glass door provided the needed dividing wall while maintaining the ability to open the space up when team activities take place.

The Falkbuilt TAZ framed glass door does not require a bottom track, so it can be discretely stacked when not needed and extended out to provide a sleek visual and acoustic barrier when needed.

The U of M facilities manager and FM Design were delighted with W. L. Hall Company's responsiveness, communication, punctuality, ease of installation, performance, and attractiveness of the finished project.

Crowe Construction (St. Louis Park) contacted us about replacing the skylights at Artistry on 10th, a modern luxury apartment complex. The existing skylights were extremely leaky, aesthetically unappealing, had poor opacity, and failed to meet current-day structural requirements. They allowed minimal natural light to enter the space, provided little comfort or functionality, and were energy inefficient.
