Celebrating National Women in Construction Week, I want to highlight Heather Isaacson's remarkable journey within our company. Joining us in February 2007 as a drafter, Heather's trajectory has been extraordinary, now standing proudly as the head of Engineering at W. L. Hall Company.

Over the past 15 years, Heather has left an indelible mark on every significant project, demonstrating unparalleled impact and influence. She has transformed the drafting division into a powerhouse within

W. L. Hall Company, positioning it as the strongest and most dynamic unit. Heather has become the go-to person for advice, feedback, and opinions, earning her a well-deserved reputation as a pillar of wisdom within the organization.


The success and growth we've experienced in the last decade owe much to Heather's dedication and expertise. Simply put, we couldn't have achieved this without her invaluable contributions.

Most building professionals know that air leakage is one of the biggest performance failures in commercial buildings. What is less understood is this: Air leakage doesn't move in only one direction. It can move inward (infiltration) or outward (exfiltration) — and each direction carries its own set of energy, comfort, and moisture-control consequences.
