The Vikings wanted to optimize flexibility in their Main Studio/Auditorium. Depending on the current need, the space could be used for up to three different purposes. The space can function as a TV set, presentation space (or both at the same time) or a TV set with a live studio audience.

The solution required a flexible room configuration that would quickly and easily transform their large space into a smaller, more intimate room or vice versa.

In collaboration with Crawford Architects (Kansas City) and Kraus-Anderson Construction (Minneapolis), we installed a Skyfold Classic Vertical Retractable Wall that precisely met their needs.

This Skyfold solution offers versatile space management and top-tier sound isolation, with a 60 STC rating, ensuring privacy and minimizing noise disturbances.

Crowe Construction (St. Louis Park) contacted us about replacing the skylights at Artistry on 10th, a modern luxury apartment complex. The existing skylights were extremely leaky, aesthetically unappealing, had poor opacity, and failed to meet current-day structural requirements. They allowed minimal natural light to enter the space, provided little comfort or functionality, and were energy inefficient.
