CR Meyer provided comprehensive scaffolding systems for the interior of the building, serving the dual purpose of ensuring safety for individuals below and providing a convenient work platform for our team during the installation process. This initiative was seamlessly integrated with the replacement of an aging roof.

We worked with Kalwall to provide a comprehensive Daylight Modeling analysis, which employs various metrics to verify that a design achieves optimal light levels.

Crowe Construction (St. Louis Park) contacted us about replacing the skylights at Artistry on 10th, a modern luxury apartment complex. The existing skylights were extremely leaky, aesthetically unappealing, had poor opacity, and failed to meet current-day structural requirements. They allowed minimal natural light to enter the space, provided little comfort or functionality, and were energy inefficient.
