To meet Waterbury House's requirements, we provided the Zona 1 Glass Wall System. The Zona 1 system can provide both swing and sliding doors and offers STC ratings from 34 - 38. All Zona systems offer an 1.5" reveal for a consistent, slender profile around the entire system.

For smoke containment at the 9th-floor elevators, we successfully installed two Smoke Guard M200 units. These M200 units allow the elevators to open directly onto a fire-rated corridor without the need for a separate elevator lobby.
